We believe in using only the most natural ingredients as possible. Our candles contain a custom blend of 100% american grown soy wax and pure coconut wax, premium grade fragrance oils derived from essential oils and 100% braided cotton wicks for a clean, environmental friendly burn.
For our candles, we use a custom blend of soy and coconut wax, which tends to be less overwhelming than paraffin based candles. We like that our scents do not overpower a room. Our 9.5 oz candle will fill a small to medium sized room just right.
We like that our candle containers are simple and minimal, allowing them to fit into any style of home, whether it's modern, bohemian, or rustic. We encourage you to re-purpose your container and suggest using them to hold makeup brushes, pens and pencils and etc.
Once the wax is a 1/2" from the bottom of the jar, microwave the container for no longer than 10 seconds (be careful, the jar might get hot), remove the remainder of the wick and wipe out any excess wax. Then wash with warm soapy water and let air dry. Your candle container is now ready to be re-purposed!
It is very important to take care of your candle to prolong it's life. Below are some tips to get the most out of your candle!
1) Your first initial burn should last anywhere from 3-4 hours. Candles have a "memory", so when you first light your candle, you want the wax to reach or come close to reaching the edge so that the next time it is lit, it will continue to burn the same way. This will keep the wax from tunneling and avoid wasting any wax! 2) Trim, trim, trim! This is crucial for proper burning. Before lighting your candle, we recommend trimming off the mushroom at the top. If you do not trim your wick, you will get excess smoke and a higher flame leading to a very hot vessel and risking it cracking. Soot around the top edge of your candle is very common. This soot is due to the fragrance oil burning and will be more apparent towards the end of your candle since the fragrance tends to settle at the bottom at the time it is poured. To remove the soot, wipe the inside with a damp cloth. 3) Please keep your candle away from any vents, drafts or fans as this can cause the flame to whip around unnecessarily, possibly leaving soot on your walls or personal items. An erratic flame can also cause the container to heat up too quickly and crack.
As always, we encourage you to re-use/recycle your candle container when your candle has finished burning. Our wax is soft enough to easily wipe out and the containers make great jars as pen holders, a new home for plants, or to hold anything you wish.

We offer Route Protection at checkout. If Route was selected at checkout, you will need to file your claim through them. If Route Protection was not purchased, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. USPS comes with $50 insurance, and UPS comes with $100 insurance by default. Please keep the original packaging and damaged product, as these may be needed to process your claim.
